[LONDON – 27 NOVEMBER 2019] – BOMBAY SAPPHIRE® has teamed up with Floom to create the Bombay Sapphire Garnish Wreath; the perfect gift to encourage gin-lovers to stir their creativity this festive season. Carefully crafted by Floom’s artisan florist, the wreath features a selection of garnishes for seasonal cocktails, such as dried oranges, star anise, cinnamon and lemon wheels and comes with a 350ml bottle of the brand’s iconic gin along with a series of delectably festive cocktail recipes.

The Bombay Sapphire Garnish Wreath will be available on Floom.com from 27th November and will be delivered in a bespoke blue gift box, with a signature bottle of Bombay Sapphire gin and recipe booklet nestled in its centre. Bursting with fantastically festive flavours, the wreath is a stand-out cocktail party centre piece or makes for a magnificently original gift for even the most discerning home host.

With its balanced flavour profile, Bombay Sapphire gin is the ideal canvas for cocktail creativity, perfect for helping fans of the brand channel their inner cocktail connoisseur. Each wreath is uniquely hand-crafted by a leading florist at Floom, with a seasonal fir and eucalyptus base bursting with botanicals, garnishes and florals such as blue thistles, all topped off with ‘Bombay blue’ baubles so that that even when all the garnishes have been used, you are left with a window worthy wreath.

The mini booklet provided contains a carefully curated cocktail series designed by Bombay Sapphire for the season’s celebrations. Cocktails include winter warmer ‘Sugar, Spice and Everything Nice’ to which garnishes of lemon and cinnamon can be added, ‘Green Apple and Thyme G&T’ with apple wheels and thyme giving a vibrant finish, and party favourite ‘Gin and IT Fizz’ with the suggested addition of orange and star anise. COCKTAILS

SUGAR, SPICE & EVERYTHING NICE​:

INGREDIENTS

· 50ml Bombay Sapphire ​ gin

· 15ml orgeat syrup (contains almond nuts) ​

· 90ml premium cranberry juice

· 1 lemon wedge – well squeezed​

· Cinnamon-infused sugar for glass rim – thoroughly mix 1 part of cinnamon powder to 6 parts of caster sugar​

SUGGESTED GARNISH

Lemon wheel

Cinnamon stick

METHOD​

· Squeeze a lemon wedge into a cocktail shaker then add all other ingredients plus cubed ice

· Shake well then pour entire contents including the ice into a balloon glass that has a cinnamon and caster sugar edge to the rim

· Garnish and enjoy!

GREEN APPLE & THYME G&T:

INGREDIENTS

· 50ml Bombay Sapphire gin

· 100ml premium tonic water ​

SUGGESTED GARNISH

· Green apple slices​

· Large thyme sprig

METHOD

· Place the apple slices and thyme sprigs into a balloon glass

· Add the BOMBAY SAPPHIRE gin then swirl well to infuse

· Fully fill the glass with cubed ice and top with premium tonic water

· Gently stir, garnish and enjoy!

GIN & IT FIZZ:

INGREDIENTS

· 50ml Bombay Sapphire gin

· 25ml MARTINI Riserva Speciale Rubino​

· 100ml premium lemon tonic water ​

· Lemon wedge

· Orange wedge

SUGGESTED GARNISH

· Orange wheel

· Star anise​

METHOD

Squeeze a lemon and orange wedge into a balloon glass then drop inAdd the Bombay Sapphire gin & MARTINI Rubino then swirl well to infuse Fully fill the glass with cubed ice and top with premium tonic water​Gently stir, garnish and enjoy!
