London, 29th October, 2025: This December, GREY GOOSEⓇ vodka presents The GREY GOOSE Chip Shop - a late night dining and martini cocktail pop-up experience bringing together perfectly chilled GREY GOOSE martini cocktails and indulgent French frites. Open for two nights only - from Thursday 4th to Friday 5th December, 6pm to midnight - the experience reimagines the classic British chip shop through a distinctly elevated, French lens.
In a city where kitchens call last orders too soon and diners face strict 90 minute time limits, The GREY GOOSE Chip Shop offers an elegant alternative - a space to linger, savour, and extend the evening in style. The martini cocktail, the iconic GREY GOOSE serve, is enjoying a late-night renaissance as the drink of evenings that don’t end on schedule. Paired with golden French frites finished with indulgent toppings such as Coq au vin, gruyère & smoked ham or truffle, as a chic after hours experience for those who want to keep the night going.
Guests can expect a menu of perfectly chilled GREY GOOSE martini cocktails, ranging from timeless classics to playful twists inspired by classic chip shop experiences. Each pairing elevates the late-night ritual, inviting Londoners to experience a new kind of nocturnal luxury.

Dirty Martini Cocktail: A distinctively indulgent French take on a much-loved savoury classic - infusing truffle oil alongside olive brine and served with a trio of Perello olives.
Goose Gibson: A crisp, savory martini cocktail that elevates the classic Gibson garnish with a balsamic-infused onion.
Tartar-tini: A refined, culinary martini cocktail capturing the essence of the classic chip shop condiment - tart lemon, fresh dill, and capers. Finished with a salty samphire garnish.
Espresso Martini Cocktail: The ultimate crowd pleaser and late-night indulgence - GREY GOOSE Original Vodka blended flawlessly with rich single origin coffee and touch of sea salt.
Bloody Mary Side Sip: What better accompaniment to have with frites than a sip of the GREY GOOSE Bloody Mary - with rich tomato, spice, and cracked pepper.
Guests can choose between a full-sized GREY GOOSE martini cocktail served with French frites for £15, or the ‘Tiny Tini Flight’ - three miniature cocktails served with one portion of French frites, also £15.
