Pop 6-8 mint leaves and cubed ice in a glass. Add 40ml of ST~GERMAIN® and 60ml of sparkling wine, top with 60ml of club soda, add a sprig of mint and a lime wedge, and voilà: The ST~GERMAIN® Hugo Spritz.

The ST~GERMAIN® Festive Spritz

Add 6-8 mint leaves and cubed ice into a wine glass. Pour in 40ml of ST~GERMAIN® and top with 60ml Sparkling Rosé Wine, and 40ml of Soda Water. Stir the drink to combine all the ingredients and garnish with a mint sprig and redcurrants and a few edible flowers for a little extra oo la la!
