Feeling fresh? Add a dash of Spearmint. Fancy something a little more full-bodied? try Moroccan mint.

INGREDIENTS

● 50 ml BACARDÍ® Carta Blanca rum

● 4 to 6 lime wedges

● 8 to 10 fresh mint leaves

● 2 tsp caster sugar

● 25 ml soda water/club soda

● Sprig of fresh mint

GARNISH OPTIONS

● Spearmint

● Morrocan mint

METHOD

Grab a whole lime and cut into wedges. Squeeze all into the glass. Add sugar and gently press togetherDrop in mint leavesNext, half fill the glass with crushed ice, add BACARDÍ® Carta Blanca rum & churnTop with crushed ice and soda. Garnish with a mint sprig

BOMBAY SAPPHIRE® BASIL SPRITZ RECIPE

INGREDIENTS ​

● 50 ml BOMBAY SAPPHIRE® gin

● 15 ml sugar syrup

● 20 ml lemon juice

● 5 basil leaves including stalks

● Tonic water to top

● 1 single basil leaf OR 2 Edible flowers

GARNISH OPTIONS

● Basil

● Edible flowers

METHOD​

1. Add all ingredients, apart from the tonic, into a cocktail shaker

2. Shake with plenty of cubed ice

3. Strain in a highball glass full of cubed ice, top up with tonic water

4. Garnish with a basil leaf or edible flowers

GREY GOOSE® AFTERNOON SPRITZ

Add a herbaceous twist to your cocktail with a sprig of fragrant rosemary or fresh thyme.

INGREDIENTS

● 60 ml GREY GOOSE® vodka

● 60 ml MARTINI® Prosecco

● 15 ml lemon juice

● 1 tsp honey

● 1 sprig rosemary or Thyme

METHOD​
