AMSTERDAM, The Netherlands, October 02, 2024 – BACARDÍ Rum and the streetwear label PATTA have joined forces for a new collaboration centered around friends, family, music, and authenticity. This collaboration is a celebration of togetherness, cultural expression, and inspiring the new generation to pursue their passions. The motto, 'Do What Moves You', encapsulates a lifestyle that is deeply influenced by shared Caribbean vibes.

BACARDÍ Rum, part of family-owned company Bacardi, has over 160 years of history and is renowned for its legendary parties. This family spirit and the celebration of life's moments form the core of the brand, culminating in the world's most celebrated rum. PATTA shares these values. Since its inception, PATTA has grown into a creative family that transcends the boundaries of streetwear and music. Their community includes a diverse group of creatives, artists, and cultural influencers, all united by a shared passion for music, authenticity, and self-expression.

Together, BACARDÍ and PATTA are bringing people together, both literally and figuratively, with a series of exclusive pop-up events starting in November. Featuring iconic BACARDÍ rum cocktails and music curated by the PATTA Soundsystem via the highest quality audio, each event is an invitation for the community to come together. Alongside these upcoming events, the brands are launching limited edition BACARDÍ x PATTA merchandise. Attendees can get their hands on these items during the pop-up events, plus through limited social giveaways.

The collaboration was firstly celebrated at PATTA's grand 20th anniversary party at the Melkweg in Amsterdam. The opening party showcased the shared energy of BACARDÍ and PATTA, with performances by DJs Passion DEEZ, FS Green, and Bao G, various international artists, the Surinamese band Ondro Feni, and well-known Dutch hip-hop artists like Henkie T, Cho, and Adje. The party was marked by toasts to PATTA's impressive milestone, with a personalized BACARDÍ x PATTA cocktail especially created for the occasion.
