Guests including Gemma Chan, Douglas Booth, Erin O’Connor, Pixie Geldof and Lady Mary Charteris customised their own BOMBAY SAPPHIRE ‘CANVAS’ cocktails with flavoured edible paints while artists such as Alex May Hughes, Josh McKenna and Supermundane transformed the space from a blank canvas into a living work of art.
Mary stirred her creativity by matching her unique outfit to a signature ‘CANVAS’ cocktail, complete with a glitter infusion. Also spotted at the star-studded event were Gemma and Erin catching up in the ‘Refraction of the Sapphire’ room, where they excitedly spent the majority of the evening taking selfies. Douglas Booth, fresh from his birthday celebrations, spent the evening catching up with Pixie behind the DJ decks.
Leading bartenders from across the globe came together to curate a creative cocktail menu. Upon arrival, guests experienced the BOMBAY SAPPHIRE & Tonic Wall. As the evening progressed, guests sipped on drinks such as The Dante Martini by mixologist Naren Young, Test House Punch by Marcis Dzelzainis, High Tide by Juan Valls and White – Rose – Red by Ann-Sophie Brunce-Bau.
Pixie Geldof took to the decks for a DJ set as guests enjoyed creative canapes from Bubble Foods including BOMBAY SAPPHIRE fish & chips; Nori rice crackers with umeboshi, beef and béarnaise; sprouting vegetable tacos and pea shoots; and Korean fried chicken doughnuts.
